Pre-production
Arrange design swatch for clients' conformation and set up quality standard for each item.

Production
Have several stations to examine and control the quality including production process analysis, color reconfirmation and matching，yarn and grey fabric inspection. Send the samples to the clients immediately for confirmation and feedback.

Finished fabrics
§ Follow the CHINA Y/D FABRICS STANDARD or foreign standards which clients pointed to check all the finished fabrics.
§ Quality Tests: Test color fastness, shrinkage, pilling and physical test to meet the requirement of the clients.
§ Buyers' quality and colors approval before shipping.
§ Packing as the clients required.

To achieve the goal of the continuous development, we have taken the following steps to protect environment and do our workers good working environment:

Dyestuff control
We use the healthy dyestuff which can insure customers' health and fast color

Air Control
In order to meet exhaust air standard, we provide electrostatic precipitation machines. They remove fine particles, which come from the residue of oleoresin, a mixture of oil and resin.

Water Control
Wastewater is pulled in a pool and repeatedly treated with precipitation, oxidation, filtration, and other procedures until the drained water reaches the standard set by concerned government department.
